i want to volunteer!

the lady who manages the volunteer program at gillette emailed me yesterday and i was reading the email to my grandma while i was on the cell phone with her about an hour ago. maurice was listening in on my conversation with her and said that he didn't want me to volunteer. i was kinda afraid of telling him that i was going to get applications to volunteer at the hospital because that would leave him lonely but we can't stay unoccupied or jobless for long, or at least i can't anyway. i hope that i can get these applications because i just hit another wall in getting the applications, i need microsoft word in order to download the applications and my computer tells me that i don't have microsoft word. i told my grandma that my computer keeps saying that i need microsoft word, she'll hopefully take care of this for me.
